Welcome to 7th Grade Science at North Drive Middle School!
We have a very busy and exciting year in store for you. Before we give you a preview of the subjects to be covered during the course of the year, let us introduce ourselves. The two 7th grade Science teachers are Mr. Mosley and Ms. Osborne. Mr. Mosley has been at WMS for 11 years. Mr. Mosley coachs soccer and is also the middle school Athletic Director. Mrs. Osborne has been at WMS for 2 years and prior to coming to WMS taught 7th grade Science in Newton, Iowa. Mrs. Osborne also coached high school softball for Long County High school.
We realize that teaching you is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibilty. We will do our best this year to ensure that each of you has a motivating and safe learning experience in the classroom. However, we cannot do this alone; we will need your help. We need to be partners in the learning process. We need each of you to try your hardest by having your assignments completed on time and by studying for quizzes and tests. We will also ask for the help of your parents to encourage and ensure that your homework is completed and to help you study for quizzes and tests.
We are looking forward to a fun and exciting year! Please use this website as a source of communication between home and school. We will put weekly assignments, vocabulary and announcements on this page. Please check back often for updates.
